Can I get this neckline changed?

I love this dress, but it's a bit high for boobs.
Could I get the neckline lowered at a dress makers/tailor? Or will it look rubbish?

I've had this done at a dressmakers with several diff dresses and tops. Generally works really well

I work at/with a dressmaker and we do this king of alteration quite often. try it on at the dressmakers and get them to pin where the finished line will be so you know it will be in the right place for you.
