I'm off out for drinks with school mums. We're going to some quite posh bars.

I have loads of full on glam va va voom dresses but very few for this kind of occasion. My usual style is retro and glam without being full on rockabilly.

Do either of these look nice? I won't be wearing the shoes in the pic. I've ordered some black shoe boots.

I had a baby fairly recently so am feeling a bit crap and like I've lost my mojo.

I ordered this dress but it arrived today and isn't as nice as I thought it would be.

Can we see a picture of you wearing the Closet dress?

Of the two that you've modeled so far, I'd pick the blue one and not the lacy one. I'd love to see the Closet dress though to make a definite decision.

I have to admit I thought MN might hate the blue leopard print one! I probably prefer the lace one. It's much prettier in real life than in the photos.

Here's the Closet one. Hmm. It's a bit smart for me. And I don't think it's very flattering. And it has material folded under the neckline that I have to keep tucking in. Very annoying.

And I had DS 6 months ago. I'm still counting that as recent for cake eating purposes Smile

Both look good and would work for the occasion but I like the blue best. I bought that Closet one too, but returned it as the shape was just wrong on me. I got this delivered yesterday which is brilliant (and bargainous) if it helps.....

I think definitely the blue leopard print one, I think it's the belt that completes the outfit!
