The ENDLESS quest for a tan leather A4 folder fitting shoulder bag grinds on...

I'm am bored of looking now. It's been YEARS. I've started so many threads. I've thought that I've found 'the one' so many times. It's never happened.

The closest I came was the Radley Grosvenor in tan, which I LOVE, but is slightly too small to comfortable fit an A4 folder/notebook.

Has anyone seen one?

I want:

A shoulder bag with a decent, wide strap. Nothing cross body- I want one to fit snugly one one shoulder.

Something which doesn't cost the earth.

I like vintage, saddle bag styles. But am open to suggestion.

Any ideas?

Have a look at this beauty. I bought it with Christmas and birthday money and its the most Ive ever spent on a handbag. I love it - read my review on the makers website. The Lady who made it is so accommodating and increased dimensions to accommodate A4 books. It's the bag if my dreams!

i have a fossil one but its years old now.

I do like mimi berry bags- but they are just so expensive. Their workshop is round the corner from me and I went to the last sample sale, but some fucker had swooped before I got there and bought up all the large bags

Still kicking myself for not buying the Peggy bag for £90

I like the Minerva and LOVE the beau. But out of my price range, sadly.

Sigh. My screen adverts are now full of lovely leather bags and er penguin bollards!
