Me! Me! Me! I was on the Countdown to Christmas thread where we made ourselves fabulous for Christmas. Am feeling distinctly unfabulous following a few weeks diet almost entirely composed of prosecco and mince pies.
My plan:
Every day - body brush, moisturiser all over, vitamins and fish oils, 3 litres of water, facial exercises, 30 minutes of running/exercise DVD/a walk - just something.
Every week - manicure, deep condition hair, eyebrow tidy, face mask, tidy my legs with the epilator. I might choose a night and make it Fabulousizing Night.
I already have a good skin care routine so I'll just keep going with that. I need to start going to bed at a decent time, and finally, the biggie, I need to stop eating quite so much utter rubbish. I've got a Carol Vorderman detox book... Anyone ever done it? It looks very sensible, though seriously lacking on the chocolate/crisps/coffee/beer front which is what I usually eat. Really must do better with that.
