Sheepskin lined leather boots

I have UGGs for the first time this year and they are so divinely cosy I never want to wear anything else on my feet! They are grey with Swarowski crystals and they are amazing Grin

But today for a wet walk type day out followed by pub lunch... I didn't want to get my UGGs trashed and muddy and wet, so wore nice coat and black riding boots with socks and my word my feet froze! I could barely feel my toes even by the end of the pub meal.

So - sheepskin lined boots. I want them to be like UGGs as in fully sheep lined, including the bit under your feet. And has to be real sheepskin. And leather so I can wear them for days like today and just clean them afterwards easily.

I get that this is a pricey product so has anyone seen any bargains? Or just general recommendations. I am going to try on UGG Noira but I'm not in love with the shape tbh so anything more stylish would be gratefully received.

Tia Thanks

I quite like these UGG Beckett ones

Noiras reduced but sold out.

Toast ones in sale - but it's not clear how sheepy they are inside, I want the underneath foot but to be!

These are quite warm:

Spray with leather/ sued protector and they should hold up to adverse weather without too much damage.

You can buy sheepskin insoles to add to any that don't have the lining under the foot.

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 28/12/2014 20:22

The Hobbs ones look great.

dexter73 · 28/12/2014 20:23

I bought these just before Christmas and they are awesome! They cope with walking the dog and look good too.

dexter73 · 28/12/2014 20:26

Also available here.

The Hobbs ones are lovely but not real sheepskin lining.

Those look very hopeful Dexter and are available in my size on second link - are they sheepy at the bottom? Although I take the point that I can add a sheepskin insole of course.

They are sheepy all over the inside, sides and bottom. I seriously love them!!

ignominious · 28/12/2014 20:39

Dexter I want those. How is the sizing on them?

dexter73 · 28/12/2014 20:41

I think they are a bit small. I am usually a 71/2 in Clarks, but got these in the 81/2 and they fit me well.

MakeMeWarmThisWinter · 28/12/2014 20:42

deletes thread before everyone buys them and they sell out before I commit Grin

Just looked up the Ugg sizing and an 81/2 is a 41.5.

dexter73 · 28/12/2014 20:46

Buy them, it is free delivery and returns from Soletrader.

dexter73 · 28/12/2014 20:47

Sorry an 81/2 is 42.5.

bonzo77 · 28/12/2014 20:53

these are amazing. Good price too. I wore them hiking on Xmas day and riding / mucking out today. Because of the lace holes they can let some water in, though it's only happened once to me. They are fully lined in sheep skin, and I wear mine with the cuffs turned up for more warmth.

silversixpence · 28/12/2014 21:31

I've just ordered them from Kurt Geiger, they don't seem to be in stock at Soletrader. I'm usually a 6, so ordered a 39 but i'm now worried they will be too small as I have wide feet.

dexter73 · 28/12/2014 21:44

It is the Soletrader Outlet store that had them.

silversixpence · 16/01/2015 17:21

Thanks for the Ugg Gershwin recommendation, they are the cosiest and most comfortable boots I have ever had Smile

dexter73 · 16/01/2015 17:34

I don't get to wear mine as often as I would like because my dd keeps nicking them! She thinks they are very cosy and comfortable too Wink

lavendersun · 16/01/2015 17:35

Ugg Brooks are fab. I have had two pairs for five years and they still look fantastic despite my abuse. I will definitely replace them with the same when I have to.

tethersend · 16/01/2015 20:34

these?

Twinklestein · 16/01/2015 20:39

Thanks tethers for that last link, I love these slippers

flightywoman · 16/01/2015 20:50

Tethers beat me to it, I was going to suggest Morlands. I've been getting their slippers since I was a kid, they normally last YEARS!

tethersend · 16/01/2015 20:53

I'm wearing these right now and I love them like a third (and fourth) child.

TengoSueno · 16/01/2015 20:57

I came on to recommend the Gershwin Ugg but see someone beat me to it. They are like walking on clouds. Dry, toasty and they look fab with skinny jeans.
