Something to wear over a sleeveless dress please

Needs to be black and probably cropped. Not a blazer (live in the flipping things at work) and not a cardigan. Any ideas, please?

If you've a Primark handy, they have a sort of furry/hairy/shaggy mohairy black shrug thing. Short sleeves. Might do the job.
