Something to wear over a sleeveless dress please

Needs to be black and probably cropped. Not a blazer (live in the flipping things at work) and not a cardigan. Any ideas, please?

Cos thing looks interesting. Don't like the Debenhams one. Love the Phase 8 fringe thing but too expensive. Miss S one lovely (linked earlier) but rejected for busy-ness levels.

Don't like the lace Phase 8 one - looks like a bed jacket.

That's really kind of you, Noelle but 14 would be too big. Thank you though.

I wondered about faux fur but think would be too hot indoors in it.

I'm sure I'm over thinking this tbh!

Normally I would but the dress is also cut away at the shoulders a bit and it is Just Too Much.
