Dramatic dress needed for a masked ball.

I need your help. I want something that's not strapless or strappy, which is proving difficult. Budget preferably no more than £60, but possibly up to £100 for the right dress.

I like that it's not strapless or strappy and fitted as I have big boobs and a small waist and I also have good legs but wanted something long.

This I would take it to a dressmakers and get a front slit on the left side from floor to mid thigh. I would wear stroppy black heels, a boxy black clutch, a fur shrug to top it off.

The reiss one is the closest to what I have in mind, but sadly over budget. Those phase 8 dresses are amazing but way way over budget!

The Coast one is a similar shape and with a slit put in would be almost the same? Definitely dramatic and has the wow, order it and see?

Event is on the 24th Oct so not long enough to order the dress in my OP.
