Hairdressers - how much was your last haircut and where do you live?

Mine was £48 for a wash, trim and blow dry in Derby. Not particularly high end salon.

£26 for a wash, cut & blow dry. Local salon, Yorkshire.

£59 cut and blow dry, edinburgh

£25 for a cut and blow dry in Kent, from a London-trained mobile hairdresser - A real find!
I did have to wash it myself though.

I used to pay £40 for a cut and blow dry in Surrey three years ago. Last week I paid $70 plus $15 tip (now live in the US, East Coast).

£75-ish in London but i only go twice a year

£20 twice a year in Cornwall.

I pay £60 for a half head of highlights and cut & blow - I give him £70 including tip. North west, tiny salon (just 2 of them there, owners and work there - no other staff, no receptionist or shampoo-er or anything). I go every 6 weeks and it's so boring but I like to keep my colour fresh.

London. £40 IIRC for a wash, cut and blow-dry. Local but "on-trend" salon.

Marlow and I paid 60 quid for cut and blow-dry.

Meant to add, I go once a month.

280 for a full head dye and cut in a high end salon in London

£7.50 for a dry cut in Norfolk. I used to pay much more but was just as happy with this.
However I've just moved and haven't yet found a new place though Dd had a cut & blow dry for £17.50 with a junior stylist last week here in S Wales

About £80 for cut, half head highlights and blowdry. Good local salon in small market town, north Bedfordshire.

35 for a cut and blow dry/60-70 for colour cut and blowdry with head stylist in a decent but not super swanky salon in Belfast suburbs.

£125 for half-head highlights, cut and blow dry. London, but not central.

£55 for a wash, trim, foils, all over colour, blow dry.

Yorkshire

£55 - cut,full colour and finish...north wales

£15 for a dry cut, £25 for a cut and blow dry. Usually have a dry cut as I have a short crop which needs cutting frequently. Rural Wales.

In Sheffield

About £40 for cut and blow dry - can get it for £30 with a junior/trainee or pay more for a senior stylist.

Half head foils are about the same price.

£98 for full head of highlights in a small business salon. Wasn't happy as the highlights didn't lift well and I came out with brassy hair!
