Enormous black eyebrows. Is this a thing??

Two pretty women in the cafe. Blonde hair, petite faces and the most enormous black, and obviously drawn on, eyebrows I've seen.

Is this a thing?

I feel a bit bad even commenting, really, as I'm usually very 'wear what you want, look how you want', but they're stunning and noteworthy.

Why? Just why?

Your eyebrows are great Morphine, but I think you know that. My semi-nude brows are writhing in envy..

IfNotNowThenWhen · 03/08/2014 09:32

Cara's look wonky though.

YourHandInMyHand · 03/08/2014 09:44

I find it hard not to stare at them too. I have an absolutely gorgeous friend, she's 10 years younger than me and has these eyebrows. At first they were fairly natural looking but they are becoming more and more panto looking and I cringe at times. Natural defined brows are nice, big dark solid and obviously drawn on are not so good.

MorphineDreams · 03/08/2014 13:25

Thanks flower bomb

Pitt do you think? My natural brows are that colour but I have scars where hair doesn't grow so just fill them in. I might give a slightly lighter shade a go, thankyou

MorphineDreams · 03/08/2014 13:25

ifnot I liked them before I read this thread ha! Made me a bit paranoid

Greengardenpixie · 03/08/2014 13:44

i agree with pp...morph your eyebrows are a lovely shape but they are a tad dark looking. I would go with something lighter and they will look more natural. Cara whats her face look good because she has obviously thick eyebrows as you can see the hairs on them despite them being thick. She looks natural in the picture below and fairly ordinary:

Of course they look silly but isn't that kind of the point? Fashion isn't always about good taste and that's why I like it.

Floisme · 03/08/2014 13:46

Oops hadn't ready whole thread properly, sorry, *Morphine' I don't think yours look silly - they look absolutely fine to me.

MrsDesperado · 03/08/2014 15:12

My SIL has had great success with RapidBrow IfNot Loads of hairs have grown back where previously they'd stopped growing. So much so she doesn't need to use a pencil any more.

IfNotNowThenWhen · 03/08/2014 16:23

Ooh thanks Mrs. Exciting! I will try it and report back. Must make sure I don't spill any on my chin...

Madamecastafiore · 03/08/2014 16:33

Bizarre isn't it!

Pretty girl with long blonde hair at gym this morning with weird black eyebrows which turned down at the ends and made her look like a v v sad clown.

At least these girls won't have over plucked eyebrows when they grow old.

ElizabethArdenGreenTea · 03/08/2014 16:34

it looks crazy doesn't it?!

Fubsy · 03/08/2014 16:45

Strong eyebrows are fine; mine have always been dark and I've never over plucked so I can appreciate this look.

Drawn on with a white board marker and paired with thick featureless foundation in shades ranging from putty to american tan regardless of skin colour, with matching lips - less so Grin

ElizabethArdenGreenTea · 03/08/2014 18:49

My hair is a browny red and my eyebrows are dark. I always thoguht it look a bit stupid that they don't match. Am I good right now!?

Ladyhaha · 04/08/2014 20:42

I over plucked mine for 15 years and had little gaps where the hair wouldn't grow back. After 6 weeks of RapidBrow I can actually leave the house without colouring in my brows - amazing stuff!
