I've just tried to order some bags from here. Free shipping is meant to be added at a spend of £100 but when I have 3 bags at £35 each, so £105 I am still being charged for delivery. Any ideas? Is it to do with the before tax total?

I emailed them about shipping costs and they refunded me some of the money. I placed 3 orders on separate orders and were still kind enough to reimburse me. I would buy them then email them. They will refund you im sure.

Tell me which bags and I'll try and put them through checkout and I'll see what it says for me.

I mainly ordered to buy gifts but because they are so lovely have ended up with a lot for myself!

It is rather! I already have a couple of the larger satchels for work but couldn't resist the saddle bags (excuse is that one is a gift but I may end up keeping it if I love it!)

For anyone waivering just wanted to let you know the strap clip on my birthday present zatchel broke last week (i got it end of May) i emailed their repairs department end of last week and a new strap is being shipped this week.

I just deleted all the Zatchels I was watching in my eBay account. No more money! Not going to do it! Never ever ever probably.

How long are you finding that it takes for bags to be made up? I placed my order 25 days ago and apart from the acknowledgement e mail stating that they had received my order I haven't received any communication from them. There isn't much time left if I'm to receive it within 28 days.

I'd chase them up cloutie. I think some orders fall through the gaps a bit whereas if you nag it might get a move on.

I really want the silver and black micro satchel at £23....
