Mine took 34 days and two emails, cloutie.

I'm slightly disappointed that they've changed the style of the magnetic fasteners - I have an 11.5" classic satchel from last year that has slidey press 'n pop type clips, my new 14.5" has press stud type instead. Because the bag is slightly concave when new it's hard to push them in to fasten it, they're almost flush with the bag.

Me too I prefer the old style ones, the studs feel less safe. I've got one this time round without any and that was a mistake. Definitely better with the quick release clasps.

My chestnut one arrived. 14.5" with a handle. It's a thing of beauty but I haven't been able to take a photo as my daughter has come back from holiday and I've already had, "How many bags do you NEED?" After spying my denim one! Ha ha

I really want a silver micro satchel but I'm saying no.

I've been using my denim 13" one and it seems more flexible than just leather and I can fit a lot in. Today I got two 500ml bottles (one drink foe me, the other foe the dog!) in it as well as my stuff. My purse is quite bit so I put my debit card and some cash in a coin purse to take out with me today.

I use the brown and the denim barrel bags for dog training as they hold poo bags, keys, treats etc.

I haven't used my dark blue metallic saddle bag yet as I can't make up my mind which one to use and keep, the small or the large.

Is the zatchels sale like a DFS sale and actually goes on forever?

It looks lovely. I ordered a 17.5" one for work and I'm now a little nervous that it may be too big. I wanted something that I could fit a lever arch file and a laptop into. Maybe I should have gone for a 16" one.

cloutie i have a 16" and I get a laptop, my ipad, my a5 diary, an A5 notebook and a small paper exhibition style folder in. I think you might want a 16". But email customer services as they are taking so long they may be able to cancel and you can reorder the 16"

I got my replacement strap delivered this week and Sarah in customer services also helpfully changed the shipping address of my other bag as I've moved since ordering.

Thanks. I think I'll stick with the 17.5. It may be huge but my work laptop is ancient and chunky and I'd like to fit a a4 lever arch file in too.

Well im still waiting and day 28 is tomorrow for my micro satchel and i did email them a few days ago but no response..which im getting pretty annoyed about really. Every day i look at my emails and every day there is no response. I have to say, no matter how busy they are, a quick email even saying they are looking into it would be good. I have had excellent correspondence up until now and i have to say im disappointed by them this time. If they have taken your money they could have the decency to give you some communication especially if you inquire. I buckled and ordered a purple saddle bag. This is days later and that is still 'processing???' and my other one has been saying printed for literally weeks now. Its just not good enough.

I've been waiting for 32 days now. I'm not impressed with the customer service. If it was going to take more than 28 days they should have said so on the website. One of the bags was a present and I'm going to have to buy something else now because it'll be too late when it arrives.

Cloutie, have you had any correspondence or tried to email them?
It just hacks me off that i have got in touch with them and havent recieved any kind of response from customer services. I wonder if the company are in trouble? It just seems really strange that they have reduced their stock for such a long time?

Well i have resent my email so we will see!!

My last bag, the purple elephant 16" is on it's way.

Customer service has been above and beyond brilliant for me. I have ordered 17 bags over several orders and chopped and changed what I want after ordering and Becca has got back to me very quickly. She has immediately refunded my postage for the additional orders and has accommodated my every whim.

Maybe I've just been fortunately in having Becca reply to me each time, as she is super efficient.

It's a shame that others haven't had the same experience.

I sent an e mail to them which was acknowledged but I wasn't told when I could expect my bag. I then received a generic e mail stating that they were very busy due to the sale and that orders were taking longer to process. I'll try again.

My email was acknowledged but its just a generic one thats sent logging your email and havent received anything since. So i have sent them another. Shia, they were great with me up until now. Their customer services have been great. Its just recently that i have seen a different side. Im off to check my emails to see if they have replied....

Nope..nothing. Maybe they should stop their sale if they cant cope! [annoyed emoticon]

16" purple elephant satchel. It's huge and quite heavy. More of a briefcase than a shoulder bag. But the strap is brilliant for hands free.

I wasn't sure if I'd like the colour. It's certainly different from anything I've had before. I do like it, it's more sophisticated than I thought. It's a serious looking bag with a whimsical colour if that makes sense!

Its lovely shia. I like it a lot in that colour but i have a teal blue one like that and a leafy green one but both are smaller, one being a 13 and the green one being an 11. I dithered over that colour and the teal one. Is that your last one then? Not ordering anymore?

Oh i got a message back to say my bag would be complete and the end of next week :)

I do fancy the silver micro one but am resisting and will wait until the Christmas sale as I so fancy a silver one. Maybe a silver 11".

I have bought a lot for gifts and the ones for me I am using the denim 13" satchel, denim barrel, brown barrel and cracked black floral at the moment and will be using the chestnut satchel 14.5", metallic red micro and the purple 16" satchel,but am still dithering over which metallic dark blue saddle to keep for myself, the small or the large!

I'm jealous. I ordered two bags and haven't been told when I can expect to receive either of them.
