Top in Marks a bit weddingy although surprisingly the yellow was nicer than grey. Was with ds so was a very quick peak. Love those BR trousers how do their things fit? Just saw in DM today Lorraine kelly has a collection and it has gone some way to frumping up skinny jeans blouse and pointy shoes and stripy t shirts!

I like the silver skirt. I have a Whistles-esque midi one, which always gets (positive!) comments. It is prone to Marilyn moments though, and I have to be very careful in it when swishing downstairs etc.

I like the shorts, but have similar already. And it doesn't solve the tights/shoe problem!

Seriously why do you need tights? You say your legs are nice, and it's not that cold in the evenings now. Then you can wear courts, strappy sandals whatever

My legs are nice in tights! Honestly, I would never, never wear bare legs and shorts or a short skirt in the UK. And at night time, in a club or wherever, I think it can look a bit dodgy on anybody who hasn't got entirely model-esque beautifully coloured legs. I'd wear jeans rather than bare legs.

Demure dress not doing much for me - neckline far too high and those cutesy dresses are very unforgiving on busty 40 somethings!

Top a bit too 80s for me, I think, and polyester and dancing not a good combo.

I have that cos top in the navy and pink I love it. I did see the marks top the yellow was nicest but I thought it was mother of the bride-y didn't like it at all. Plus saw those over layered tops in every shop I went in and think they are not for me!
