Okay. Instead of taking over the workwear thread. Ideas/pics for nice outfits for drinks and maybe a spot of dancing on summer evenings, please? Especially for those of us who quite like a bit of leg on show.

agreed, feel a fool

BelindaAllWorkedOut · 18/05/2014 10:23

I feel fine in a play suit. Until I need to use a toilet.

sassytheFIRST · 18/05/2014 10:29

Spent yesterday shopping in Cheltenham - bought v little - wearing cream blazer, cream top and black shorts. Absolutely fine BUT was feeling cold by time we got back at 10pm.

sassytheFIRST · 18/05/2014 10:33

Love shorts but couldn't do play suits. Tits. #saynomore

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 10:53

Thanks all.

Hoe funny - I always thought that Ronald and Ed were the same person, and here you both are!

Baukjen playsuit too slouchy: I need more fitted, I think.

In fact, I need more fitted generally, so would need to be careful with a slouchy top and tube skirt too tbh.

Pencil skirt, however glam looking, feels far too worky for me.

Pale colours a no, no.

I do have a little beaded jacket thing. Could maybe do shorts, cami and that? But I would need new shoes - ones that are sturdy enough for dancing in!

That should say, 'How funny,' not, 'Hoe' btw.

Any opinions on this dress?

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 11:37

Too long and dull, I think.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 11:42

You are a much more colourful soul than I!

I have several Whistles tube skirts - but how to make sure it doesn't look worky?

EduardoBarcelona · 18/05/2014 11:44

EduardoBarcelona · 18/05/2014 11:45

EduardoBarcelona · 18/05/2014 11:45

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 11:56

Would happily wear the short one but how to not be worky?

OP posts:
RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 11:56

I'm not dusky - am super pale, unless just back from Greece!

OP posts:
RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 11:58

Love these but out of stock - and suspect everybody else will hate them!

OP posts:
EduardoBarcelona · 18/05/2014 12:00

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 12:02

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/05/2014 13:15

Like the Mint Velvet pic but, again, shove a blazer over it and with court shoes not sandals and it's what I wear to work.

Furry jumper and sheer skirt prob not quite what I'm after!
