oi blinners -the Mango tabbed pencil skirt how stretchy is it? I like it TIGHT as have thin legs and otherwise look like I am wearing a lampshade

Ps surely someone else has my problem with trousers, which is that I sit doing consultations all day and the trouser rides way up my leg, making bare legs the only possibility as socks/those half tights socks things ext are left visible, sticking the trouser up so when I stand up, the trouser leg stays up. . .

Do I sound crazy or does anyone else experience this? I can only wear trousers in summer because of this. .skinny size 8legs btw. . .

Can't say I have that prob theids. Are the trousers v narrow legged? I do find with pop socks (I know, awful things, but needs must, it's not that warm yet, and I cba doing the fake tan thing and my feet are a scary blue-grey-pink) my unlined trousers do stick. Fierce annoying.

I am also having a trip to the pub. I shall be wearing my usual casual pub type attire of skinnies (maybe pale grey) with heels (probably heeled ankle boots if the weather continues soggy) and a 'nice' top (maybe silky snake print thing).

So am I the only one to fess up to popsocks??? Well someone must be buying them, they're everywhere. Yy I know they are truly awful. But it ain't comfortable being cold and blue-grey. Are you all hardy creatures then?

Silky snake print thing is not real silk, sadly, and is ancient H&M. I finally embraced animal, aged 40, having not worn it since I was about 18 (zebra print suede shoes were my favourite then!).

I wear pop socks to work with cigarette trousers.
