I agree. they are bloody good. Size WAY WAY DOWN though.
Comfy and a good half way point between skinny and straight/flappy

LordPalmerston I meant because they are reasonably priced I can justify getting a bigger size for what will hopefully be a short time rather than they are best suited to a post natal body!!

Abzs · 01/04/2014 13:21

Mine have gone back. I tried the size down, but they were skin tight on the legs. So now I have the chinos and shall be attempting to wear as discussed in the other thread.

noddyholder · 01/04/2014 14:58

I think these sound hopeful for me as I fins many jeans baggy on thigh

LordPalmerston · 01/04/2014 16:27

They're not tight. They may well be inhales sharply a school run jean. Gasp

noddyholder · 01/04/2014 16:49

Thats me out

MedusaIsHavingaBadHairday · 01/04/2014 16:52

Mid.. they don't give me a builder's bum when I squat down..but I DO need a belt. I'm wearing a 10..and they are rather generous round the waist but such a comfy nice fit.

I have a jeans pair and a striped navy/white pair..love them!

MrsDavidBowie · 01/04/2014 17:00

I like them and they are actually long enough ( falls over in amazement)

LordPalmerston · 01/04/2014 19:41

FOr me ( v slender of thigh) they are more boyfriendy - sloppy style, with flip flops, that kind of thing
no way skinny

OP posts:
Bunbaker · 01/04/2014 19:50

I wish I was slender of thigh Envy

LordPalmerston · 01/04/2014 20:16

I haven't very nice shoulders if that helps

OP posts:
noddyholder · 01/04/2014 20:19

You sound the same as me Shock my shoulders are an annoyance but thighs ok

AnyFucker · 01/04/2014 20:48

what's up with the shoulder ishoos ? Confused

LordPalmerston · 01/04/2014 20:56

Just you know when people wear pretty tops. Me? Weight lifter

OP posts:
AnyFucker · 01/04/2014 20:58

weight lifter shoulders and skinny thighs ?

you sound like my DH < runs >

LordPalmerston · 01/04/2014 21:30

Lol. No!

Just never fine and lovely. Think it's having a bust. Do big busted women have lovely shoulders and upper arms ever?

OP posts:
HellonHeels · 01/04/2014 21:36

Big boobs and hefty upper arms go together if mine are anything to go by Sad

AnyFucker · 01/04/2014 21:43
Smile
UterusUterusGhali · 02/04/2014 18:05

Oooh, they are good, aren't they?

Mine arrived today. (I'm such a sheep.)

They're tight on me, as I'm a chunky monkey, but very soft and loads of room for my fucking huge midriff.

They gape a bit, but hey, 26 quid.

Pretty long too.

Might go for another colour.

noddyholder · 02/04/2014 18:19

I have big boobs and tiny arms even worse!

AnyFucker · 02/04/2014 18:19

I bought a super comfy pair of plimsolls to go with my skinnies from Fat Face.

if anyone is a veteran Converse wearer, they will love them

really, really soft to wear and no rubbing on first wear schlepping around the shops with no socks on

BitOutOfPractice · 02/04/2014 18:19

Mine arrived today too.

I love them. Not least because it's been a long time since I wore size 12 jeans Grin

sassytheFIRST · 02/04/2014 18:22

I've got lovely shoulders and pretty ok arms despite comedy jugs.

Been doing the next relaxed skinnies for months, you lots are SO behind. They are ok but I shoulda sized down looking nice rolled up with summery shoes in this better weather.

expatinscotland · 02/04/2014 18:25

Any, are the plummets FatFace or Next?

AnyFucker · 02/04/2014 18:34

not sure if this link will take you there, but they are the Fat face Emily plimsolls in washed pink

the comfiest I have ever worn (much more so than Converse or Vans etc)...quite trendy too as I usually find FF a bit "mumsy" these days...

expatinscotland · 02/04/2014 18:40

I am in need of white plimsoles but Converse make my feet look too big. Thanks, I'll try those.
