No bribery Fedup he was running around playing cars and the store staff were lovely to him. They had a big couch in the middle of the store so I chased him around that (wearing the heels!) for a bit too. He's pretty good nowadays. When he was a baby he would cry the minute I walked over the threshold of a store.

I bought this Allium B dress from Atterley Road last night. I had wanted to try ed it ages ago but it was sold out then it popped up on the screen and a 12 had come back into stock. Was reduced to £39 and I used the GIFT15 code so got it for £24.

Was near a Boden shop today so had a trouser trying on session. Not good. My usual issue of the 12s fitting on waist and hips but looking stretched across the thighs. I was impressed with their skinny jeans in lapis. Really good fit, felt good quality. They are skinny at the ankle though and I need a slightly looser fit at the ankle or else I look like I have carrot legs. And this cotton biker jacket is lovely. On my 'considering it' list.

QueenC safe travels - have a wonderful time - I can't wait to hear what it's like. We were planning to go there for our honeymoon at one point but then chose Italy instead.....

thank you marsha and blair I'm really pleased, I don't seem to have lost any more weight but appear to have got smaller anyway as a couple of months ago, I'd never have fit in this size never mind look half decent in it

I have a friend who is a make up artist - she currently has Jodie Kidd and Alice Temperley commenting on her post on Facebook (she did Jodie's make up for a shoot when she was wearing a Temperley dress). So showbiz! I am clearing up spilt yoghurt and emptying a potty.

I ordered the Saloni skirt Shop found for me. Could be good, might not suit me. Shall see when it arrives!

I spent half an hour fantasy shopping in Question Air this afternoon as I had a spare half hour before school pick up. Some nice summer stuff but it was so cold out today I couldn't muster enthusiasm - am going to keep an eye on this maxi dress however. What I was drawn towards was super soft sweatpants and hoodies - I think all this yoga I'm doing is getting to me . They have the same stuff cheaper on Shopbop (Splendid and Sundry) but its still pretty ££ - somebody convince me I don't need to blow £150 on what is, essentially, a tracksuit!

I do feel great sleep I bought it on the off chance that it would fit, tried it on and it fits beautifully. I was all set to take it back but there's no need this time.

OK - we are definitely going for the Lanvin bag - there are eleven of us clubbing together. I had a good look at Balenciaga (where we have a 50% discount...) and Miu Miu yesterday but there was nothing more appropriate for our friend.

shop - khaki is a fab colour for shoes! Khaki and gold is one of my favourite colour combinations... just add in some pink and beige...

The khaki shoes have had to be ordered in. The size 40 were a little too small so I won't have them until next week. Will need to go out for lots of meals with girlfriends to get the CPW down.

Shop I really enjoyed the live shopping so did the sales lady in the bathroom showroom we both loved the gold and now I've seen the khaki , think they're fab too.

Well, I've tried on all Boden trousers in the search of decent navy work trousers and they're all going back. I'm keeping the banana republic navy Sloan fit......sticking with what I know suits and fits me and the quality is great.
