Bra Intervention

Last year I was lucky enough to have help on the Bra Intervention threads and bought 4 lovely new bras. Unfortunately I now need help again. Since then I have lost at least a stone and my bras do not feel comfortable at the moment. This isn't helped by muscle pain I am having but I would like to check what size you clever people think I should be wearing.

I have measured. Underneath I am 30 1/2 and leaning forward and across the breasts I am a 39.

TIA Cake.

Yup! The gore should sit flat between your boobs

Quite often it also means the band is too big as well

I was told by a M&S fitter that "you won't get a bra to sit flat against your chest."....

John lewis are pretty much the best of the department stores and generally fit pretty well.

Hi Peplum41. Grin. I am stuck on 11 4 at the moment but don't go on the thread for other reasons.

I tried JL twice and didn't have the best experience but I think I just got the staff on and off/very busy day.

I was going to Debenhams as the lady there, Anne, is awesome but I might brave JL and Bluewater as there are other shops is no sizes there.
