My order wasn't cancelled but to the others who've had theirs cancelled I feel your pain!

I only didn't order the cashmere as I'm scared of washing it (despite claims it's machine washable!) and not mad on Boden.

But it seems a major fuck up happened here and they should sort if or honour orders!

Thing is, with suddenly hundreds of people ordering the same few things all at once, it's unlikely there is any online shopping system that would cope with that in terms of stock levels keeping up to date in real time with the website.

I know it's no less annoying for people who've missed out, but I'm not sure it qualifies as a major cock up tbh.

But surely flowery if they do a flash sale with big reductions they should expect hundreds of people all ordering the same thing?

Crap, just checked my order and it says my leopard boots are 'reserved' no delivery date yet. Should I give up hope now?

When I ordered the Leopard boots it was stated that there would be a one week wait.So it would seem to be OK for them to be reserved.

I have to agree with middle I'm afraid, if you put a flash huge sale on then you should expect your website to update automatically (my boyfriend works in IT for a bookings company and they have to reset their settings.

otherwise don't offer such huge discounts! Remember there was a reason they offered 70% in the first place - to clear stock - so they should be prepared for huge orders!

One also wonders if they maybe regretted/miscalculated the amount of web traffic and are now amending their website accordingly so they don't lose out and they still have some bargains in stock but they won't sell at that price.

It's mad to think they are still making a profit on 80% off! Just goes to show the huge mark up they are putting on items. I will never shop full price there.
My leopard boots are reserved too. I think i will get them at some stage.

I've only bought a rain coat there maybe something else.

My mum used to shop there until she thought overpriced and designs were bad.

I was also put off by "Sienna loves flicking through her wardrobe and with a smile pulls out her favourite Boden happy grin skirt to wear". BOAK

My jumper is processing. The leopard print boots are showing up as 'due in stock in 1 week' so I'm not hopeful of actually ever receiving them. If anyone is sending the boots back in size 4 (37) then give me a shout.

So if I put my order in yesterday morning and it's still 'processing' does that mean it's likely to be cancelled? I'll be gutted if it is - it's the first time I've ordered anything from them Sad

Part of my order is processing and part is reserved. Confused

The jumper is showing as cancelled.

If it's "processing" thanks there's still a possibility you'll get it. If it changes to "item reserved" you probably won't.

I ordered yesterday, and boxes came today. Stripey cashmere, another jumper, and the black stiletto boots. All fab.

Has anyone got caught out by the diffrential pricing? ie, stripey cashmere sweater is £23, the others were still £101!!

My order including the leopard boots is still processing, but I did get the confirmation email at 8.08 yesterday morning. I really hope I still get them!

I almost got caught by that cows. I put something in my basket and thankfully realised that it was way over what I'd expected the total to be!
