I ordered 3 things yesterday morning. Have had confirmation email and order is showing as processing. No other emails since. Doesn't sound hopeful that I'll get my things Sad

I bought a full price (well 15% off) item as well as my bargains as really wanted it. That is saying 'processing' too so I am hopeful!!! Ordered yesterday lunchtime ish

Perhaps "processing" is just about dealing with the volume of orders they've suddenly had?

I have sometimes had stuff processing for a couple of days, hopefully its because they're busy. My 2 parcels are on a Hermes trailer hub somewhere, but at least they're on their way. I was hoping to get them today as some people had received theirs. I probably didn't order the most popular stuff though like the cashmere, just some quite boring cords, blouse and driving shoes {smile]

Two out of four of my items were cancelled due to stock discrepancy. Not too fussed about them, thankfully.

Have had another email saying that further items have been cancelled due to stock discrepancy - so I'm missing my boots, a dress, the cashmere cardi and a necklace. Was hoping for something new to make me feel better and also for dds christening. Oh well.

Not sure how they could get it so wrong...

Two of my orders still say processing (after 32 hours) and some of the items are still showing in stock, so it may just be a backlog. Don't give up hope until you get an email.
