No it's just off the peg. I went for an 18 in that (the full skirt version is stretchier and I got a 14)
I'm a 34JJ though - Collectif is amazing for bigger boobs

This longish top is extremely flattering for those of us who are pear shaped. Reduced in the sale. Had lots of comments about it.
