This is the only one I've found that doesn't look ridiculous, but I'm still not sure it's right. I think maybe pinks and purples look better on me, but I really want to be able to wear bright red!

I have a v bright pink pretty close to that MrsLettuce and love it. DH hates it though! He always says I'm too pale for such a bright colour

Ah, right, have you tried using a teeny bit of blush?

Mrslettuce I always wear a little bit of blusher so I don't look dead, but maybe i do need a bit more with bright lips.
