I like:

Remus for her chic black/grey capsule wardrobe and VW dresses.

Polyhymnia for her lovely accessories and use of animal print.

MarshaBrady for her all-round luxe-fabulousness

Hopefully for her colour and style savvy and her leather leggings!

I'm sure there are many more, but whose posts and links do you look out for?

OP posts:
JumpHerWho · 09/01/2013 19:41

I namechange all the time otherwise I'd be no 1 on here obvs.

DonaAna for her Pinterest boards

Amber for her seemingly unlimited budget

Tethers for links

Cod for, er, starting threads that are always going to be good

Pinot for her enthusiasm for random beauty products

MrsCB in my head has the best wardrobe though

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 09/01/2013 19:55

tethersend is stunning

Ermmm, tethers old bean, I had a look at your profile pics (gorgeous DC photos) but is the first one a painting of you?

Because, if you don't mind me saying, you look alot like him that played Quincy MD

Grin

Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Grin

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 09/01/2013 19:57

I must remember you for something else then, Marsha - ponders.... :)

MarshaBrady · 09/01/2013 20:42

I think of VW and chic work fashion when I see your name. Sure you have other lovely stuff too.

Actually that's the nice thing on here, getting to know names linked to the style. And love it when people buy something which fits with that (a Rocco, Balenciaga for eg). And pin too for the visual bit.

QueenCadbury · 09/01/2013 21:40

Ooh, I've just remembered madamecholet. I luff her handbag links.

AmberNectarine · 09/01/2013 21:44

Marsha has an orange Celine, maybe that is what you were thinking of Remus?

I used to lurk and occasionally post on A&W, and always looked out for LetThem EatCake, who started the whole thing. She revelled in a great mixure from high end (to me) to Peacocks, and was prolific with links. Her taste wasn't always to my liking, but she was totally different from me physically, but she seemed to know how to dress to suit her body and personality.

I reckoned she was a Dramatic/Natural as well. Clothing personalities fascinate me (sad) - there was a spate of threads about it, can't remember the instigator's nn, but they all decamped to Facebook which I Don't Do.

I'm a Classic Ingénue and happy to blah on about it if anyone's interested.

lurkingaround · 09/01/2013 22:06

All the A&W and MNV crowd. Post babies, 4 years at home and (3 of them tough years), i started to dress properly again. I do feel a bit guilty lurking on them, (i'm an intermittent lurker) eagerly looking for links, but that doesn't stop me!

I love Remus when she gets going on a list. Fantastic. Also noddy. MrsCB, fab taste.

But I agree with other posters in the supportive nature of S&B.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 09/01/2013 22:08

Have no idea what my clothing personality might be - gothic bag lady with hints of Minnie Mouse perhaps.

I KNEW there was a reason why I thought of Marsha and orange together!

Sadly, my work wardrobe is the only mildly interesting thing. I live in skinnies and scarves the rest of the time tbh.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 09/01/2013 22:09

Lurking - I'll be due another list around early February, I think. :)

Willowme · 09/01/2013 22:10

Do any of the mumsnet S&B ladies actually have blogs? Most of the fashion blogs I've come across here are very 'mumsy' IYKWIM.

lurkingaround · 09/01/2013 22:13

Look forward to it Remus Wink

tethersend · 09/01/2013 23:16

Ah, I got all mentioned Smile

Mind you, if anyone on here saw my wardrobe, I'd be slung out of S&B Grin It's a veritable 70s polyester-fest.

Flameproof, though.

tethersend · 09/01/2013 23:17

And 70s clothes suit my massive Quincy face.

AmberNectarine · 09/01/2013 23:18

tethers your bub (Tomoz, is it?) is truly gorgeous!

OP posts:
tethersend · 09/01/2013 23:21

Ah, cheers Grin She's a funny-looking little thing but looks a bit more like a butterball now than she does there.

cornyclam · 09/01/2013 23:25

tethers gives excellent tights advice.

what happened to Ronaldo -did she namechange? She used to post on S&b about make up and stuff.
Noddy always links to stuff that's too young small for me, although very nice to look at.
Cod has linked to some bargains ,ebay dress for example, but she lets herself down with the sequins.

MarshaBrady · 10/01/2013 05:57

Oh yes I do the orange for sure! (just not good with limiting).

Tethers aw so cute!

Obviously I like all the very stylish ones on vogue, which is good fun and light. Lurking don't feel guilty, but come join if you like.

But Mominatrix and Justreadthe for fabulous wardrobes.

And Remus, Poly and Tethers for mixing it up with style.

But generally s&b. All you have to do is link a lot and people get an idea of your style. The more variety the better, absolutely.

MarshaBrady · 10/01/2013 06:02

And new people are good. Fresh ideas/ links - always appreciated.

QueenCadbury · 10/01/2013 06:25

So what's this style personality you're all talking about. I'm interested if anyone can point me in the right direction to find out more.

PeppaPrig · 10/01/2013 06:36

amber for her style of writing. Do you blog? You should.
everything and hopefully for colour/style personality chat.
mn vogue for aspirational ideas that I'll never afford.
antspants on Pinterest - we share the same style in my dreams.

KristinaM · 10/01/2013 06:41

Tatty Devine gives wonderful hair colour advice

Gillybobs and Dorothyredboots are experts on colours for springs

Another vote for tethers and her prolific links

Cybbo · 10/01/2013 06:52

Did someone call?

Cybbo · 10/01/2013 06:53

The fact hat I'm lying in bed wearing my cardi back to front as a kind mad bed jacket should not detract from my bond fide's

Cybbo · 10/01/2013 06:54

BONA FIDE'S fuck
