Ankle boots - please help!

I know this has been done before, but I would really appreciate some help. I'm after some ankle boot. My 3 requirements are -

a) go with both skirts and trousers (so also fairly tight fitting)
b) not too slippery sole
c) not too high.

The first two are great although they have a completely flat shiny sole and so not suitable for rain or ice as I'll go flying! The third pair look possibly less slippy but not sure they are as nice. Any advice, recommendations welcome!

I don't like these turn over boots with the fluffy inside
The buckle ones are ok out of the 3!

just get plastic soles put on at a cobblers

none of those apart form mAYBE the second lace up ones would look good with skirts
