Shirt dresses a nono with a post CS tum I think.

Am size 14- 16, small waist, big butt, aforementioned tummy issue. 5'6'. Look alarming in jeans.

Used to have a nice line in funky day-to-evening wear for work but none of it suitable for looking after a toddler in. Sold it all on ebay so have some £ to spend.

What should i get?

Get over it, Cod was only stating a fact and if you read the rest of the thread she's actually made some helpful suggestions and this is coming from someone who's a size 18.

cod · 23/03/2006 11:57

to go back to the day to eveing thing i think a wide pari of linene trousers a glittery longer lione top( see monsoon or somewhere) and some sparlky flip flops ( ae we on summer) is a fab easy to wear look for most siezes..

OK - here's a challenge for you! I'm 5 ft 7 and a size 22 - what can I wear?????? (And I am trying to lose weight cod I promise!!! - trying being the operative word though!!)

BudaBabe · 23/03/2006 12:12

Oh - I'm an apple too - empire line makes me look about 9 mths preggers

CountessDracula · 23/03/2006 12:14

SHORTS!!!

No way

I have ok legs, calves quite muscly though. Am only 5 foot 5. I also have rather a flat bottom. Shorts look vile on me

flutterbee · 23/03/2006 12:15

OMG at 14-16 you think your lardy, you should try being a 20+ then you might have trouble finding decent clothes to wear.
