I loved Benefit B Spot but they stopped it.

I love Gucci Rush 2 but that's rare nowadays.

So I'm currently using a Korres one which I really like, it's pear, peony and something? That might not even be close but it's really good.

Every spring, as soon as the weather picks up, Clinique Happy - its light, bright and cheery. Wear it all through summer.
For any time of the day or night, for both winter or summer, Gucci Guilty.
For special occasions when I want to smell classy, Tom Ford White Patchouli.
For special occasions when I want to smell interesting, sexy, gorgeous, Tom Ford Black Orchid.
Why do more people not wear perfume? I love it, I don't feel dressed without a spritz of something. I used to work in an office with someone who got a headache if anyone sprayed even a bit of deoderant, was so hard not wearing any scent!

Jardins de Bagatelle by Guerlain - it's been my sig scent since I was 21 and my then (very worldly, older) boyfriend took me into a perfumerie and had the owner lady person match me up with it.

I've never met anyone else who uses it in my 17 years of wearing it.

I'm a bit like your former colleague Futterbingers, I have a really sensitive sense of smell and hate "cheap" fragrances such as those in deodorants, air fresheners and fabric conditioners they make me feel queasy. As for perfume I would love to love it, and do try out loads, but have only ever managed to find one or two I can tolerate, even then I have to spray it in front of me and walk through the mist so it isn't too strong. Being in a confined space such as a car with someone wearing strong scent is horrendous for me and gives me really sick headaches.

Anyway, to answer the question, at the moment my favourite is a faint mist of Paul Smith Rose.
