The primark one meggymoo? Its the same as anything in primark - ok for high fashion stuff which IMO a polka dot dress is!

FS I didn't think it hung nicely at all so fashion item or not I thought it looked like very cheap fabric whether you wanted to wear it for one week or a year made no difference IMO.
