bought a fake handbag, now worried in case i have been ripped off

if anyone else is willing to admit it too, have you used this site? are they genuine?

i paid by western union as you can't pay directly through the website. this seems to be the case with most replica handbag sites but the one i usually order from you can pay via the website. i didn't use my usual one as they don't stock "chanel"

but i made the payment about 10am this morning and haven't heard anything from them yet so am now panicking....although haven't yet received confirmation from western union that the money has been collected.

Jesus Christ, I had no idea that fakes were so expensive.

Can't comment on the trustworthiness (ahem!) of the site, but Western Union always strikes me as a bit dodgy. Crooks and scammers seem to favour it. I know it's used legitimately as well of course.

The site seems legit, but:

You are aware that if customs spot it (and are unaware it is a fake) you will be charged VAT, import duty and handling charge.

If they spot you importing counterfeit goods they will probably destroy the item, as the importer you are responsible for the counterfeit goods,I don't know if other sanctions would also apply.

Sorry, just checked their website and see they lie on the customs declarations so that does not apply.

I have used them with great success! Bought a large Mulberry Alexa which I use for work. When I ordered using Visa they phoned about ten mins later to verify. Arrived two weeks later and looks the part, get loads of compliments and smells lovely. In fact so many people say 'Ooh fancy bag!' that I tell the truth in case my clients think they are paying me too much. I picked them as I researched blogs and it got a lot of good feedback.

spoke to their online customer service team earlier and the lady re assured me they had received my payment, they were preparing my order and they would be dispatching in the next day or 2. and i will get a ups tracking number to check

If you buy fakes you bankroll criminals. And it's not just "harmless" fake handbags. It's scary what gets faked nowadays. Even counterfeit prescription drugs have been found in UK pharmacies

gregs i ordered the chanel classic medium flap with silver hardware. can't seem to do a link to it though, as when i try and link to it it just links to the whole website but its on the first page of the chanel stuff and its $210

I can't understand why anyone would pay 000s for a real bag and hundreds for a fake. Very few retailers are squeaky clean when it comes to it but OP every time you open your fake bag I hope you see the face of the child who made it for you

Why not just save up for the real thing?

Fake bags should be about £20 and no more as they are fake, anything more is just ridiculous.

You can buy a beautiful bag with a couple of hundred quid - no need to go fake imo.

OP for the c.£150 you paid for this bag, you could have bought something nice in the sales. I recently bought a MaxMara and a Raoul for around that price point, and the only children harmed were my two, who got dragged out to Matches as soon as the sale started. They got ice cream after though, so my conscience is clear.

I'm not usually judgey but money made from the counterfeit goods trade funds all sorts of nasty operations, and I think it is our duty to stay out of these murky waters.

Plus they are stealing someone else's design and product development which the original company actually paid for.

If customs spot it is counterfeit they are able to destroy the item on the spot. Please do not buy fakes, it is just wrong on so many levels.

I don't understand the joy in carrying a fake bag. You know it isn't a real Chanel, so what's the point in owning one? Will you pretend it's real?
