Oh dear, I accidentally bought a tan Lucia with the 15% off code! It's on until 30th of June. The code is "fashion".

I get so depressed with crap customer service. Isabella Oliver can be awful sometimes too & last week had a row in Crew Clothing when the assistant 'accused' me of not owning a credit voucher. I made her ring the store which issued it and verified it was valid - no sign of an apology. It was disgusting, don't these retailers understand money is at am all time low and we're not going to spend it where people are rude!

Has anyone bought the P & M Camilla bag yet? - - if so - can I have some feedback as to what it is like as lusting after this for a while but it is not my usual style -- just fancy the whole elegant 'Audrey Hepburn' vintage look - - anyone bought one???

Brilliant MonaLotte!!! A Peony and moore discount code!!! I've now just bought the Olivia!!!!! Very excited....can't wait for it to come!!! I've had a Lucia for about a year and LOVE LOVE it!!!

.....Problem is I'm 38 weeks preg and am not sure DH will believe that the Olivia is perfect as a new changing bag...hee hee!!! Will let you all know what my new bag is like when it comes!!!!!

Happy to oblige! It can be an early giving birth present. Looking forward to hearing what it's like.
I used to look at bags most evenings online but since I have my Lucia haven't looked at other bags once!

It's arrived! Style wise, it's perfect for me. The colour is not quite what I expected, however. Less tan, more toffee (which I know somebody else said further up thread). I'm sure I'll get used to it and actually, it may go better with black than a proper dark tan.

Glad you like it. It was me that said about the toffee it's defiantly creamier than a traditional tan. I agree re going with black. I think it goes very nicely.

Have just seen on Facebook they are going to do the Mariella in tan. So I'm going to wait for that as I think it'll be more versatile (and so easier to justify buying) than the snake. So am just going to hope it launches with some sort of offer.

Would have got the Lucia in tan but have the choc and don't really want two bags the same.

If anyone orders the silver/gold GIna do tell us what it's like. Looks an excellent smart occasions bag.

My Olivia arrived!!!!!!! And I have to report IT IS GORGEOUS!

Super soft waxy leather and the chunky brass clasp feels amazing - really great quality and slides shut in a really chunky satisfying way (i just want to keep opening and closing the bag but er well that could be my wierd baby brain!?). The side tassles are really cute and the across body strap is long enough that i can wear it that way even 38 weeks preggers! Its quite structured, not slouchy but I LOVE LOVE it even more because it is so different. No way its going back... baby changing bag budget blown!!! :0

I have the Lucia in grey - - - but unfortunately the bottom of it is water marked as it sat on the carpet in a car with wet mats in ( I know - smack!Blush ) - but I do love it and still use it and no one notices the bottom is slightly darker - - but would think about selling it if anyone wanted a water marked grey one . . . . . . . . . . .
