Emo I was thinking about the cobalt Mini Gracie but then I realized I don't need it because it doesn't actually look right with most of my clothes. So I went for the green (if you think about color theory, green is the opposite of red, which I have lots and lots of, plus goes nicely with navy). So just like Looby said, I would use cobalt to brighten blck, grey, taupe, camel, and white. But I don't really wear those colors.
MiM I love cooking and eating. Would not want to do that professionally but am always encouraging my engineer brother (with whom I always discuss recipes) to open a restaurant.
Marsha your jeans are to die for and Fritzi the blazer is gorgeous.
I've recently discovered where I can try out crazy fashion stuff I wouldn't wear in my everyday life: on the jogging path in the park nearby. Today's outfit: silver leggings (from a dance shop) and a huge, deconstructed raspberry red Vero Moda top. I bought the top when I was heavily pregnant - well, it made me look like a garbage sack. With the crazy space age leggings I thought it looked edgy and interesting (even tough DH asked whether I was on my way to Ukraine). My problem with regular exercise clothes is that many of them look ridiculous on me. If I have to look ridiculous, can't I at least do it my way?
My other favorite jogging path outfit is this winged top with pseudo latex leggings. Oh, and if you want to meet absolutely hunky and gorgeous Romans (some of them doing situps in the open air gyms or pushups against the park benches), I recommend the park ;)
