Thanks all, I'd love to see your Pinterest boards! I started mine to compare things I buy online to my color wheel (I'm a Light Summer). I keep mine on my iPhone, it helps a lot.

My style personality is schizophrenic: I have a conservative job hence some Margaret Thatcheresque items but on my free time I like slightly edgier pieces. Oh, and I have a 2-y-o and a 4-y-o so my clothes have a lot of snot marks.

I'd like to thank MrsCB and other W&A old timers (I too recognize many of them) for the new style blog. Such inspiration!

I really love the style of loads of the stuff on yours Suburban (just because it is more my style, the others are good too).

So, this Gracie purchase! I was wandering through HoF, and saw a tan one hanging off the display stand, the assistant said it was the last one they found right at the back of the stock room. So, I grabbed her. Very happy, but suspect this could be start of an expensive handbag habit.

Rufus your comment about the West Coast of Ireland reminded me of pushing DD up and down the road at gone 10 o'clock outside PILs in August last year because they don't have curtains It is seriously beautiful there though.

J brand leggings arrived and I kept them on. The best sign! I bought them from Bloomingdales, but they are cheaper here. Ouch I think some companies just don't put the designer code on on purpose!

fleecy, the VL site had 20% off the emerald colour (which is good on me) in my favourite design, and I had an extra 20% off code, so I bought it. I'm going to stop now!

Issima, Summers can wear colors other than blue and navy, although you'd never believe it when you see my board

"My" green (bright bluish emerald green) is quite difficult to find. I have lots of coral, too, plus a lot of bright red older pieces.

I wouldn't fuss with the right shades so much but my pale skin looks really unhealthy in the wrong colors.

By the way, my favorite lipstick is Chanel Coco Rouge in Cambon, slightly toned down with Gloss d'Armani. Instantly brightens the day.

MiM, I considered a Gracie too (the cobalt blue one). but dithered too long, and it's sold out now. Decided to get a blue-gray Mulberry Lily instead. Handsfree bags are the only ones I use these days.

My NAP sale order arrived and it is all going back!! Pink faux patent Stella sandals come up huge, mulberry Harriet clutch not special enough, miu miu and Marni earrings are absolutely massive and not "me" and Gucci flats have marks on the cream suede (and even if they didn't cream suede would not be a good idea, I thought they were reg leather). Some poor choices by me but at least it's all returnable!

Holy crap some guy just knocked on my car window as he rode by to ask if I lived in a particular house.

DD had her induction session at pre-school today - so from September I will have 2 whole child free days a week - DH keeps mentioning jobs and I mention pilates and the hairdressers. I suspect he will win

I agree with amber re returning expensive underwear that you may never wear. I like the VW dress particularly. It would probably depend on whether I liked it or adored it. I would have thought that cropped, skinny jeans are going to be around a for some while longer and such a bargain too.
Maybe you could get some really nice make up/ accessories or boots instead.
