Which colour wayfarers did you get Amber? I have slightly graduated grey ones and adore them. I have lots of sunglasses but the wayfarers feel so easy to wear even though they're quite heavy.

H&m khaki/ grey skinny trousers, black lacy brocadey type top from Fenn Wright Manson and khaki silk knit shruggy thingy.

I got totally black ones, to compliment my Winter colouring, if you believe in all that colours hokum

I realised today I only had one crappy pair of Accessorize sunnies (specs wearer, who shouldn't be so lazy about contacts) so sought to rectify the situation immediately!

Every time someone starts a thread like this, I am wearing scratty old jamas which I have been in all day, no make up, scragged back hair. Just generally look a state.

Can you ask again on Thursday, I will probably look ok then!

whackamole, me too! I work in an office two days a week but these threads always come up when I'm working at home, in yoga trousers and a dreadful old cardigan.

Perhaps the trick is to start your own thread when you're happy with what you're wearing.

But my proud item of the day is my Lancaster Sunlight Bronzing Palette which I used for the first time this morning - it's luffly. I've had four different people so far today tell me I look lovely/fresh/bright despite feeling like a pigs arse and I'm putting it down to that
