Sun is threatening to shine today, so what are we all wearing?

I haven't actually managed to get dressed yet, but will report back later...

It was gorgeous here today and I wore my new maxi dress which I got for my holidays to test drive it, so fab and comfy (am post baby and it covered a multitude of sins) - it is turquoise and orange swirls and I have a thin orange long cardigan that I wore with it in the morning and as it hotted up went without but for the school run have a turquoise shrug. And my tan fit flops. And my shades.

I like leopard shoes with red and also white jeans [pat butcher]

Remus - do you have any slim legged ankle grazer trousers - would look good with them I think . . .

SM - for quality leopard pumps - french sole are good but for less £££ office/dune/tosho/new look normally do a reasonable pair.

scottishmummy · 21/05/2012 21:18

off to have look
thanks mrs cb

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 21/05/2012 21:48

My pumps were from Clarks (old bat emoticon) but they are leather and that nice hairy stuff and were only 30 pounds. I do have some ankle grazer trousers - but I think my feet would be cold!

May go for the grey skirt and black jacket combo.

lumpsdumps · 21/05/2012 22:08

I'm in Warrington, it's been lovely here all day

Sunny Manchester here - was a perfect sunny day. Kids went to the park after school and were moaning it was too hot to play footie!!

Oh fgs so the sun is going to appear just when I get myself a naice blazer at long last.

On the plus side - let the Havaianas vs Birkies debate begin Grin

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 22/05/2012 11:50

How about today then?

Me: teal silk top with greasy dots from a spraying avocado but I can't vbe arsed to change, French Connection.
Grey skinny jeans.
Going out soon and not sure whether to wear leopard ballet flats or pewter ones.

Also, more seriously, don't know whether to go as I am or take a jacket/cardi. Don't really have anything that'd look nice with current ensemble.

otchayaniye · 22/05/2012 11:58

white baxter jeans, white flip flops, orly hot shot toes, a 1980s grey sweat top from when i was 12...

and a sleeping baby in a grey girasol on the back

MarshaBrady · 22/05/2012 12:00

Red flowery floppy Sandro skirt
Grey tank t, floppy straw hat, oversize Miu Miu sunnies.

Relaxing in sunny garden. Love it.

FootballFriendSays · 22/05/2012 12:32

Black wrapover dress with lilac top underneath
White/grey/black zip up jacket
Black shoes

Same as yesterday Grin

LuvileeJubilee · 22/05/2012 17:39

White broderie anglaise t-shirt - Next
Brown cuffed trousers - Juicy Couture innit
Sparkly silver jewelled flat sandals - Jones
Sunglasses - not sure, prob Tesco or Peacocks as I always lose/break them so see no point in spending £££

Forgot to put on my City Block SPF40 after religiously applying it every day for months in the rain, so have a lovely healthy glow that has probably added 2 years to my skin age.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/05/2012 17:56

That sounds lovely, Lady Clarice.

Work (again!) -

black drapey VW Anglomania skirt
black silk t-shirt - Ted Baker (it's actually a pyjama top!)
black cropped military-esque linen jacket - M&S Limited Collection
the leopard print ballet flats mentioned below
nude fishnet hold ups
dirty silver, old gold and copper effect 3-part ring (Topshop)
dirty silver and black necklace with sort of Gothic cross (v v old)
Vivienne Westwood Cheeky Alice perfume :)

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 22/05/2012 18:11

Aw, thanks, Remus! I'm Envy about your Anglomania skirt. What sort of smell is Cheeky Alice? I've got some V Westwood Boudoir Sin Garden that I bought on impulse at duty-free, but rarely wear it as I think it smells a bit too 'grown-up' for me.

seeingstars · 22/05/2012 18:12

Warehouse back dress with flowers on, long sleeves, I have boiled. Blush

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/05/2012 18:17

Cheeky Alice is v sweet and quite teenagey (unlike me!). And Naughty Alice smells like parma violets. Boudoir is quite 'night time' isn't it? The Alice ones are quite light and fine for the day.

GeorginaWorsley · 22/05/2012 18:29

Hot here today so
Dorothy Perkins mocha and cream stripe jersey maxi
Clarks peep toe silver espadrille wedges
Phase Eight cream/stone/taupe necklace.
Have had some poitive compliments today!

GeorginaWorsley · 22/05/2012 18:29

Er,positive,obv.Blush

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 22/05/2012 19:19

They both sound nice, especially Naughty A as I LOVE Parma Violets. Yes, Boudoir is night-timey and quite strong, and what I'd think of as an old-fashioned perfume.

ToastedTeacakes · 22/05/2012 19:22

So much sunshine, but I am not letting my guard down yet!

Wore:
Oasis white jeans
RiverIsland borderie vest, tucked-ish..
Aubin&Wills cardi in lilac.
Carvela tan sandals.
Jaeger tote.
Stupid topknot.
