I'm a bit new to all this game so I thought some of you veterans could help me out. I'm 32, fair skin with rosy complexion. Have just started using SPF in the past year, specifically Dermalogica Solar Defence Booster factor 30. My questions are:
- If I mix the SPF with my usual day moisturiser, is it just as effective? I use roughly equal parts of the two. I tried using SPF by itself but it stung my eyes badly
- If I wear SPF30 mixed with moisturiser, and then a BB cream on top with SPF15, what is my total SPF? 30 or 45?
- Is SPF30 high enough on a bright sunny day?
- Does SPF lose it's protection as the day goes on and is there anything I can do about this?
- Any specific products you can recommend for dry sensitive fair skin? I'm thinking of trying the La Roche Posay Anthelios factor 50 next
