I had DD2 at a JLS concert on Saturday and the amount of woman clinging on to each other was ridiculous. Watching them try to go downstairs after a few wines was hysterical.

I had decided I wasn't going to fake tan this year.

I hope it is the kiss of death for so many things but it never is. The orange tans tattoos fascinators coloured platforms maxi dresses and the hair AAAAAHHHHH!!!

Ahem, yes well, they certainly have a distinct style that they wear with great pride.

The only decent dress I can see is the red maxi in the third photo down. What's with the acid yellows and the loud prints though?

There does seem to be slightly less fake tan than in previous years whcih can only be a good thing.

I love the Daily Mail's comments under each picture.... a lesson in how to on the surface sound restrained but actually be dripping with contempt.

Coleen looks ok. Her tan is probably real though. The two that I keep going back to look at in a voyeuristic manner are the turquoise babydoll thing and the pic of the two "ladies" as DM calls them at the bottom with the tattoos.

Do you know what I notice the most ... old knees. I have them, but try not to show the rest of society. If I could scrape the excess bagginess & then apply gaffa tape to thighs to keep knees smooth - I would !

Can I just say that ironically the plump lass who has fallen over in one of the last pictures is actually one of the most nicely dressed/well groomed/pretty ones there. Poor darling, hope she doesn't see that and get mortified

Yar I kind of agree MrsDeV. And feel bad that I was laughing until the fallen over girl (penultimate pic) and realised how hellish I would feel if I had looked forward to something and planned and had me hair done, and the whole world laughed...
