Sorry about thread title. Hope everyone is back from holidays soon and will find us here.

amber Which JBrands did you get?

bonsoir I tried on those two tops in Cos before Easter and was tempted too. Bought a simple navy dress in Cos and shoes, which are not on the website Hmm. Will return this top. Cos is great at the moment I think.

Martha! Shock Wink Thanks Grin

Hopefully · 18/04/2012 10:20

really three inches? I am no good at slow patient exercise, so would find it horribly dull, but could possibly force myself for that!

Hopefully · 18/04/2012 10:21

Meant to say 1 inch on three days!! 3 inches would have been just silly!

VerityBrulee · 18/04/2012 10:52

Annie there is a thread in S&B about Callenetics and that book has been recommended, I am tempted, but I am having great results with this this plilates dvd

Amber sounds to me that you're about to get your period back

MiM you will be fine, don't try to do too much and lots of deep breaths!

Breton ((hugs)) your post sounded so sad. But 36 is so young, lots of time to meet someone lovely and have at least 2 more dc Smile

Hopefully and NY hats off to anyone who runs rain, wind or shine

So ds2 woke up this morning fills of the joys of life and literally ran into school Confused Long may it last!

I have to go out now to buy tiles for our new shower. House is coming along well, kitchen in and looks great. I am looking forward to being back at home, but dreading the actual move, moving house twice in 6 months wasn't really on my to do list. Which reminds me of Roary -hope you are having a great life in the sun!

Bloss I love that scarf, great colors, and Decameron so pleased the boots fit.

Decameron · 18/04/2012 11:05

When are you moving back in, Verity? That's great DS2 was happy going off to school today.

Amber, any news???

Quite right, Bloss, it must be at least three months and I do have scarf-shaped hole in the wardrobe. Which I can barely open, really need to clear.

Good luck, Mim! I'm sure you'll be fine. Just have wine lined up for this evening. Wink

Breton, my heart went out to you too. I hope things get better soon. I had my DDs at 36 and 39, you still have time.

The Me&Em tulip dress arrived, the indigo is a great colour. I probably could have gone a size smaller but it is a casual dress. I like that new heather colour a lot and also want shorts from them. But will it ever be sunny enough to wear them????? Although at least the dreary weather means I can wear my new boots.

Fleecy · 18/04/2012 11:24

AM very surprised by the true colours of the new Me&Em dresses - thanks for posting hopefully - I was tempted by the heather but it's not at all right for me.

I tried on a Davina in Jersey (cheaper!) but 12 too big and 10 a squeeze so my friend said she'd bring a 10 over for me when she visits in May if I still want one. I am tempted... But like you hopefully I don't have many occasions to wear it. my work is very casual, mainly in ad agencies with creatives so jeans etc. Sometimes I go in wildly overdressed just because I wouldn't get to dress up otherwise Grin I think you look great in it but fle does know you very well

amber Shock - let us know how you get on.

breton plenty of people haven't had their first at 36 so i think you have plenty of time. As verity said, you never know what's around the corner.

A friend of mine has just had to go back to work f/t and said she's getting really annoyed with all the judging. Always from other women. Very sad.

fle I have ordered that Decleor stuff you recommended.

Oh no it was my name Martha not the recommendation. That's good. I like links to new things! I was joking around really.

This weather has reinvigorated my holiday booking. So what do people think, Port Douglas in August or Easter next year?

rufus101 · 18/04/2012 11:41

I have that DVD Verity. Doesn't get too much use though! I got Tracy Andersons Mat workout. God, she is a pain in the a#, with all the pouting. She just can't get enough of herself. Id love to see what NY thinks of it.

Funny dream last night. Easy living magazine contacted us all about appearing in photo shoot and article about the thread! Much discussion and stress went on about outfits and i ended up in the reiss dress but had to stand at the back as it clashed with the rest of you!!! Funny no?

Fleecy · 18/04/2012 11:46

Oh ollie can you imagine the frock pressure?!

Ollie how funny!

Port Douglas in April out, too wet! Wish I knew what UK summer will be. Only thing is Dh is fed up with going to Australia repeatedly. Will have to work on that.

blossoming · 18/04/2012 12:20

Lost my post! Never mind. Was there much bitchiness ollie? About who stood in the front?
Re not opening Shred, I bought Ripped and only did it once till last night when much needed damage limitation was required. Did week 3. It has Bashira(?) from 6w6p! I do like a familiar face. Tough workout though, but maybe they all are first time.
Good news re DS and moving home verity. How did the sewing go?
Hope good things are around the corner for you breton.
Why do I feel the need for pistols now decam? Do they come in black or grey?

MrsCampbellBlack · 18/04/2012 12:26

I am sick of the rain. Just tried this on after taking children to the hairdressers - was pretty nice but lordy - do I really need a cagoule??

Annie - you get judged either way on here and in RL. I've had a friend of my sisters basically tell me she's too intelligent to stay at home - I am clearly a dunce Wink

But the biggest thing when you haven't worked for years is figuring out what to do once the children are all at school - thats what keeps me awake at night at the moment.

MIM - hope today goes well.

blossoming · 18/04/2012 12:44

I like that mrscb, but (putting on best crocodile Dundee voice) that's not a caghoul.... this (brandishes crag hopper from back of chair) is a caghoul..!

ReineDeSaba · 18/04/2012 12:44

Waves hello to everyone..

dec thanks for linking to the 40 bum blog though slightly unfair as she isn't even 40 yet.

have not been shopping(online, natch) for what feels like ages..am putting any extra moments in the day towards business planning..I am still trying to fine tune my product rather than being secretive about it,it's honestly not that interesting(except to me)but it is fun seeing your guesses!

vb glad DS happier to go in today..it is so hard to see him unhappy at school when you are a parent who clearly creates a very happy home life.

breton what difficult times for you,I hope you have good friends and family closeby(())

ollie can you contact EL..I think we should do it!

annie there is definitely lots of judging going on with women..I mean can you imagine our husbands standing around bitching about their male colleagues parenting choices..it's very sad and mainly I think because everyone wants t justify their own choices.

hopefully you look sizzling in that dress!

red you have oodles of time to find a career change.are you thinking something computing or am I getting confused.

ReineDeSaba · 18/04/2012 12:45

oh and nice cag mrscb !

MarshaBrady · 18/04/2012 12:48

Annie have you taken your dh to NZ many times?
