here

Is it

A) VILE VILE VILE ARE YOU MAD?!?!?

B) Amazing. I want it.

C) All right, I suppose, if you like That Sort of Thing.

D) Personally I think it's ghastly, but then I wear lots of well-pressed clean new clothes from Isabella Oliver, and I do understand that some people wear odd patterned dresses from the 70s and who am I to judge.

Thanks in advance Grin

C)

SherlockGnomes · 23/03/2012 21:06

c)
What shape are you? You could look all floaty and fabulous or you could look like you'd been eaten by my nanas sofa depending...

LumpyLatimer · 23/03/2012 21:06

good point. I am tall, size 16ish with very small waist (hence attraction to dress of this shape). Immense hips though Hmm

It's between B & C for me. I like the design - I don't like the fabric.

LumpyLatimer · 23/03/2012 21:08

(I thought the long panels on the skirt might be flattering. A bit like dazzle paint on a 50,000 ton battleship Grin)

LumpyLatimer · 23/03/2012 21:17

SherlockGnomes · 23/03/2012 21:18

hm well at least your tall so its shouldn't totally swamp you! Big hip ..maybe something more this shape but not that one cos its boring as shit but you get the idea! I am a sucker for a nip and flare dress though so do ignore me

SherlockGnomes · 23/03/2012 21:18

For some reason the beginning of that last sentence looks very vulgar. Goes to get more Wine

ShowOfHands · 23/03/2012 21:21

I have a dress a LOT like it, only knee length. I love it.

LumpyLatimer · 23/03/2012 21:22

I like that coral colour! need sleeves though Sad

Sorry. But it's never going to make someone look their best!

LumpyLatimer · 23/03/2012 21:24

oooo, a bid in favour. I have to say the more I look at it the more I love it. It's 70s but also a tiny bit late Edwardian....

OP posts:
LumpyLatimer · 23/03/2012 21:25

No no I need all views Panda!

It wouldn't be maxi on me (or indeed anyone over 5 foot 3 Hmm) It'd be slightly below mid calf I think...
