thought i ought to do a public service and announce it properly as hardly anyone seems to know you can buy this stuff to use at home - and it works out sooo much cheaper than having it done at a salon even tho it's the exact same stuff.

i've only used it once so far (for 3 mins) but have been properly amazed by the results - as i posted on another thread, my 11s have reduced by 50% [holy grail] and my skin generally looks brighter and more even.

you do it weekly, building up the time over 6 weeks and then have a break.

don't forget to get the neutraliser (apparently just bicarb but maybe has crushed fairies' castles in it too so your choice) and use sun block in the day.

I did the full seven minutes last night, don't think I could have stood another second, the sizzle was quite impressive! Skin feels a bit tighter today and have just cleaned my face and put some coconut oil on. Not seeing much of a difference tbh but hopefully will tomorrow.

I will definately post the picture tomorrow but I just want to warn you that my skin does look very bad in it. In fact I was quite upset when I saw how bad it was up close with flash on (I took it just after I'd washed my face). However I promise you it looks so much better than before I started peeling.

What I will do is take another in the same light and same angle after I've done a few more peels that way you can see the improvement.

Ok it's up. As you can see I have blackheads and pores on my nose, although these have greatly reduced since peeling. The red marks on my cheeks aren't true spots as they never come to a head they're just constant bumps under the skin that aren't usually viasble but the flash on my phone has shown them up.

I also have some light scaring on my cheeks caused by both acne and where I had ezcezma as a child, steroid cream thinned my skin and resulted in broken veins that I had lasered leaving small scars.

My forehead is pretty clear as is my chin for the most part so I think this is the best angle to see the problems. What I'll do is after I've peeled again (or maybe after a few) I'll do another pic at the same time of day, same place, same angle so we can hopefully see the improvement.

I think I over sizzled last time because I was a bit flakey , but now that's gone and skin does look much more even.

Unfortunately it's not really addressing the crevasses in between my eyes so will probably need to botox those.

quite visible with bare minerals.....
desperate to try the SA 20% but will have to hold off until saturday I think....

this clarins stuff is great for flaking skin
is it allowed whilst sizzling though??

um I wouldnt use anything with acid or astringent properties whilst doing peels tbh

Do you reckon we can patch sizzle? eg pop a little bit on a brown patch we've been carrying around on our cheek for the past 5 years?

I might try a patch sizzle Cyb. You could sizzle everyday or just sizzle for longer on that patch.

I think I may have inadvertantly patch sizzled last time.
