What do you do about wrap dresses which are too low cut?

My only option for a wedding this weekend is a wrap dress that I have never worn because it gapes at the neck a bit which makes it too low cut.

I can't be the only one with this problem.

Do I have to find a vest top in a co ordinating colour underneath, or do I stitch it so that it is not so low cut, or is there a more stylish option?

Bandeau bikini tops are another option, less 'underwear-y' looking than lace cami tops imo.

But I'm also a fan of the safety pin if it works with the cut of the dress.

I had the same problem as op, but got a pretty vintage brooch and it did the job nicely.

I safety pin the dress and pop a brooch over the pin.
