Red that lace dress is lovely, better to buy now than regret later
I love all things lace, spotted a pink lace top in Warehouse for a good cause
Emo that is a fabulous dress, i love red, it's almost crying out for the coat to go with it!
The glittery boots are from Topshop, called Ambush, they are quite like the Jalouse and come in black leather and black glitter too. I'll report back on the fit.
Bloss poor you and ds with the poo - eeww I hope dh is in better form today, it was very close. Better not tell your dh, but the ref is Irish and very nice, he is a friend of a friend. I think he was a bit over zealous yesterday.
Pickled when I went back to college my dc were 6, 10 and 12. It is definately managable if you are organised and have extra help around the house!
Wan that's exciting about the house. IIRC you ds is nearly 2? If he is on the same floor as you now, presumably the new baby will be in with you for a while, and by the time the baby will need a room of his/her own ds will be that bit older and fine to be a bit further away. With a baby monitor and stairgate, I'd say that would be great, he'll love being a "big boy" with his own floor in the house!
Rufus BIN is Buy It Now, so you decide you want, say, 70 pounds for a dress as I did last week. You can allow people to make offers, but then you'll get people offering you 20 pounds, so I don't bother with that. It can be more of a waiting game, but I listed 6 items 2 weeks ago today and there is only one still for sale. I tend to decide how much I'd be happy to part with the item for, for instance with the dress, i loved it but the colour wasn't great on me, but I would rather have kept it that sell it for 20 pounds which is the risk you take at an auction.
I used to sell a lot of the childrens stuff, Boden and Monsoon everyday items, but I've noticed recently that they sell for very little, so I have a cut off point and if I'm not likely to get more than 15 pounds for something I don't bother, as by the time you add up the ebay fees and the postage its not worth the hassle. Childrens things that seem to sell well are French lables, Bonpoint, etc and v pretty Monsoon party dresses.
Listing wiith the ebay ap makes the process MUCH quicker, say 30 mins for 5 items, and it's quite satisfying decluttering and seeing your Paypal balance accumulate at the same time, not that it lasts, always something else to spend it on!
