agree, puddle. I've just bought a rather wild pair of suede high heel wedges from clarks originals in a lovely purpley pink shade

puddle · 15/12/2005 11:23

Bundle are you the Camper woman?
Am sure we have talked boots before - those sound fantastic.

walkinginawinterBundleland · 15/12/2005 11:26

oh yes indeedy, puddle

ironically (given my leftie tendencies) my new shoes are called Mrs T!

I bought those too bundle - hope you got them in the sale?

puddle · 15/12/2005 11:28

I went to the Camper shop, hotel and bar in barcelona in the summer. Thought I'd died and gone to shoe heaven.

flat black mary janes from clarks (£25 ), so comfy and vaguely trendy. showing a bit of cleavage under my dress too (one of those built-in-support black vests under my dress, which is a sort of petrel blue colour)

walkinginawinterBundleland · 15/12/2005 11:29

oh yes, welshmum, deffo in sale

they're the top shop cropped leggings and I can't remember when my legs were brown, so opted out of the milk bottle legs on show

walkinginawelshmumwonderland · 15/12/2005 11:35

Have same problem with dd too, especially when attending children's parties - great pressure wear pink and sparkly things so go out looking like Christmas tree.

harpsiheraldangelssing · 15/12/2005 11:48

am not sure about Camper
svere danger of turning up in the Same Shoes as Every One Else
which should not bother me but does

walkinginawinterBundleland · 15/12/2005 14:47

eh? i would have thought there would be less chance with camper than say with saxone

walkinginawelshmumwonderland · 15/12/2005 14:50

Need to go shopping with you bundle - not only am I drawn to exactly the same shoes but I think I've part nicked your christmas name apologies (can't face the hard work of thinking up another one)

walkinginawinterBundleland · 15/12/2005 14:52

i think it was flossam who coined it for me, so I take none of the credit and don't mind at all..

walkinginawelshmumwonderland · 15/12/2005 14:53

you are most gracious...are you also a Top Shop addict?

walkinginawinterBundleland · 15/12/2005 14:57

hmmm i have a few ts pieces but feel a bit old for all that now (40)

walkinginawelshmumwonderland · 15/12/2005 14:59

I'm 42.....and should know better

RudiRedNose · 16/12/2005 09:57

This started off as a really encouraging thread with things that I could do to feel and look less jaded. Then somewhere in the middle it seemed to turn into 'clothes that look horrible or are out of style'. I can't believe how much money some people spend on clothes (eg jeans)There must be others who are out there who also have very little money to spend on clothes but still look the biz. C'mon girls, how do you do this on a budget? I am size 22-24 so that makes life slightly complicated too....
