I have not bought any nice expensive jeans since before my DC were born! Nearly back to pre-baby weight (3 years on) but obviously very different shape! Went into a Jeans shop and didn't really know what I wanted or what size! The lady looked me up and down and handed me the Levis demi curve ID slim fit. They fit like a glove!!!! They are more like skinny's but hold you in, in all the right places. Flattering around the waist so if you wear long top or dress over the top it doesn't make you look bulky like a tank Grin
The lady ask me my size after and I said 12/14 and I nearly fainted when she said these are a size 10!!!! Shock now would like some flared/bootlegs in same fit/design!!! When I normally buy jeans it takes awhile to wear them in or feel comfy - I think I am going to live in these! Def recommend them.

That explains why the links didn't work...

I'm off to America soon, so may have a look in a Levi's shop then.

I've got a massive waist-hip ratio - Gap Curvy isn't enough, I need something with a higher rise. But I take an 18 in there so I doubt these are any use for me.

@mippy - give them a try - the 34 waist is pretty big. I'm a UK size 14 and wear a 30 or 31 depending on style/curve.

I have the black straight leg Demi's, they are SO flattering. I got them for $50 or something at the outlet in Vegas. Will be stocking up when I go back!

I think I now own six or seven pairs of these jeans, they're a great fit. Strangely enough I was re-measured in a Levi's store and come out as a slight curve - I'd never describe myself as 'athletic' though (unless runners eat Ginster's pasties). The slim fit 30 or 31/34 from La Redoute are perfect - the black always comes up smaller due to the difference in fabric composition.

I've just ordered some from the La Redoute website for £34! Free delivery as well as it's my first order. Now I just have to hope they fit - I went on the Levis website and these were the ones they recommended so fingers crossed.

I'm sporting a pair today. Indigo skinnies demi-curve, which were £25 from TKMaxx. They're the only skinnies I own that I don't feel the need for a longer top with. They're very flattering. I feel 'safe' in them, all tucked up knowing nothing is bulging or squishing!
