I don't care how much it costs, I can't live without...

My Lancome Bifacil eye makeup remover. So gentle, takes off every last trace of my waterproof mascara. I've been without it for a week as was unable to get to the shops, but one arrived yesterday courtesy of JL online. Phew!
What's yours?

Giorgio Armani Luminous Foundation. I will NEVER give it up. Even on no sleep, it gives me Disney Princess skin.

hf128219 · 05/11/2010 13:40

Chanel Cuir de Russie

PastaDiva · 05/11/2010 16:13

Clarins Body Smoothing Scrub

Don't have a particular loyalty, but I always have to have some kind of clever serum thing - currently Estee Lauder Adv Night Repair.

Celery · 05/11/2010 16:38

blossoming, the Mac prep and prime spf is fantastic for me. I have oily skin and this is like pvc glue and holds foundation onto my skin. But lets it breathe and doesn't cause break outs, as I imagine real pvc glue would! It has to be the spf 50 prep and prime one though, not the normal one.

For all of you who are hankering after the By Terry eclat opulent. I tried it, and didn't like it. Hated the smell and it just didn't sit well on my skin. I much prefer Diorskin nude for less than a third of the price.

I can't live without my tweezers either. If I could only have one beauty item, god forbid, it would be them. I really don't think I could live without them.

GetOrfMoiLand · 05/11/2010 16:42

Vivian - By Terry Eclat Opulent. beautifully textured foundation, costs about £95.

I love it, god knows what it is made of but it has the smoothest texture, and really makes my skin look flawless. Comes in one colour which adjusts onthe skin. I think it's btrilliant, partly because I have such trouble finding foundation which has a pinky tone.

brimfull · 05/11/2010 16:46

liz earle cleanse and polish

keeo trying cheaper alternatives but they are no good

applecrumbleandcream · 05/11/2010 16:49

Nars blush in orgasm
Nars eyeshadow in 'New York'
Estee Lauder double wear foundation
Tweezerman tweezers
Liz Earle cleanse and Polish
Love Revlon nail varnishes

superv1xen · 05/11/2010 16:54

mines touche eclat too!

superv1xen · 05/11/2010 16:59

diorskin nude foundation is fab too. i actually prefer it to chanel vitalumiere.

blossoming · 05/11/2010 17:24

Thanks celery, my skin is more combination than oily. I can't imagine life without my tweezermans either.
Or my regular cut and blow dry.
Or my origins products.
Or my mac eyeliner in blooz.
Or my kerastase volume spray.
Or my laura mercier tinted moisturiser.
And the rest!
Beauty junky!

If we were really skint the last thing I would give up is my hairdresser. A good cut and colour is very necessary (for me anyway).

doodlebug113 · 05/11/2010 17:29

Benefit dandelion.

Chanel mademoiselle perfume (why is perfume so pricey?!)

I have Eve Lom cleanser at the minute which i love.... it was a present and I'm dreading the day it runs out!

blossoming · 05/11/2010 17:45

I agree with bunbaker. Although I'd have to find cheap versions of my beauty products too. An ungroomed, un made up me would be a scarey sight!

Liz Earle C&P, skin tonic and eyebright. The moisturisers are nice but I can live without them (use Nivea instead)

LM tinted moisturiser.

Urban Decay eyeliner (it's not £££ but I will rebuy again and again, and again)

wubblybubbly · 05/11/2010 21:42

Getorf, that sounds great, I've got pinky/white skin and everything looks orange on me Sad

Sadly, £100 is waaaaay beyond my budget so I guess I'll just have to keep trying cheaper stuff and looking a bit tangoed until I hit on one I like.

Meggles76 · 05/11/2010 22:14

Chanel NO.5 eau de parfum because no one wants to be stinky

6 weekly cuts and highlights because no one wants to be brown/grey

My gym membership because I may not look forward to going but I feel on top of the world when I leave

polyhymnia · 05/11/2010 23:47

getorf - thanks for your praise of the By Terry Eclat Opulent - have been longing to try it (see other thread for my By Terry addiction) and now I have first hand evidence of its excellence ! A christmas present perhaps ...

Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser is another favourite (ditto Chantecaille) but the By Terry Opulent looks even more fabulous.

badgermonkey · 05/11/2010 23:57

Urban Decay Primer Potion - now my eyeshadow stays on all day!

Clarins facial wash - one tube lasts about a year, so it's worth it.

Elnett hairspray - nothing else like it.

And since I tried it last week - Aveda Shampure shampoo & conditioner. Just the best!

DirtyMartini · 06/11/2010 00:06

Rubis tweezers - I really rate them over Tweezerman. Once lost mine and had to buy emergency Tweezermans from Boots and was sorely disappointed in them. Rubis every time!

And regular cut and colour, and Eve Lom cleanser. I like lots of other expensive things in theory, and would be extravagant if we had the cash, but those are the ones that as long as I have access to them I can put off pretty much any other purchase.

Also have a penchant for costly baby toiletries for the dc, like Burt's Bees and Neals Yard and Organic Babies. I get retail therapy from buying them, and can justify it because of parabens, etc.

uptoolate · 06/11/2010 02:56

My fitflop boots and sneakers..

SlightlyTired · 06/11/2010 03:16

Have to add my vote for Eve Lom cleanser. Didn't want to even try it for a long time due to the price, but now that I have, there's no way I could go back. My skin has never been better. Used to be a Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish girl, but this stuff is in a different league. And actually, it lasts so long that the cost per use is really not so bad (large £80 tub lasted me over 4 months).

carciofi · 06/11/2010 16:49

Giorgio Armani tinted moisturiser and Touche Eclat

mippy · 08/11/2010 14:13

Another vote for Urbam Decay Primer Potion.

Also, my MAC Delights shadow compact. So good that I have a spare waiting for when this runs out.

c0rns1lk · 08/11/2010 14:25

laura mercier tinted moisturiser
have tried to live without it and use other stuff but it cannot be done
