Oh Zembo - what a wonderful way to announce THE NEWS!!! So happy for you...

Carciofi- my DDs middle name is the same as your DDs first name! And we had Gabriel on the list for boys too...lovely!

Bunny- Emmeline is lovely. I rather like Diana too...elegant. When I was pregnant I really liked Fiona, as I love Fi...but didn't want DDs to have same initials...

I do like Clementine too,whoops that's out isn't it - and Flora...Victorian names abound!

Glad in-laws have left you to yourselves at last Tracey....cake sounds delicious!

carciofi · 08/11/2010 14:12

MrsJuan, I think you need a smaller size.

Bunny, it would not bother me that much! I won't be telling my family the names this time though as my aunt told me that one of my choices was awful. And her name is Doreen!

FritziGreenEyes · 08/11/2010 14:14

mrsjuan Can see you now but think others are right and Janice looks a bit big on you. If you don't feel comfortable in a smaller size maybe a dress with a more structured/less clingy fabric might be better?

Poor cake... softplay is challenge enough without the chicken nugget smell.

Can someone link to the GAP dress again please?

And yay for babyyangy's first steps!

Your party sounds fun hells. And marsha loved your outfit for your weekend party, very glam!

Was it your birthday roma? In that case Happy Birthday! Or did I misread that? Misreading posts is my forte as everything can tell you.

carciofi · 08/11/2010 14:18

Dolcee, you have great taste!

Ugh, chicken nuggets. I watched Food Inc last night. Shock

Love the red dress Marsha and glad party was fun Hells.

FritziGreenEyes · 08/11/2010 14:22

Tina dress is fabulous, very Carla Bruni. Also like the Reiss ruffle number yangy linked to. Though difficult to say how it would fit as there are no pictures of model.

I wonder if the feathers dress is still on sale mrsjuan. I think it could suit you. It has a nipped in waist and a tulip shaped skirt. Would really highlight your figure I think. It was £47.50 I think. No links from me today as dh home.

abo, I can't remember how I did it but I think it went buy now for £50 [unhelpful].

Slowly catching up on links: Oh, that white feathered dress from Asos cake. Just showed to DD and she exclaimed "a princess dress for mummies!" Grin

FritziGreenEyes · 08/11/2010 14:32

Is this the Gap dress some of you have?

blossoming · 08/11/2010 14:35

marsha, I love that red dress. With charcoal opaques..

hellsbelles · 08/11/2010 14:40

Fritzi - this is the one I'm after. I ordered it about 3 weeks ago and just got an email on Friday saying it had been returned to them Hmm. However I believe this is hugely fortuitous as I can now buy it with teh 30% off voucher this week!! Hurrah.

Will check out other links later (DD still not sleeping)

LetThemEatCake · 08/11/2010 14:48

Ye gads it took me so long to post between fending off random kids (have pied piper effect, no idea why) that i missed a bunch of posts. Will respond later but in meantime mrsj that dress is deffo way too big!!!

Am a bit thick: Isn't Marsha's dress navy blue with dots? I love it but why can't I find the red one?

OK, I know it's sacrilege but the Janice did NOTHING for me. I am a tall size 10 and it made me look...well...quite a lot bigger than I am, or at least I think I am. All that draping just made me look like a giant rectangle. I think it might be doing a less severe rectangle thing to you mrsj. I so wanted to love Janice, but I didn't.

Bloss and ABO I looked at LK bennett dress again and it is not nice, just looking at colours. ABO my wows are: dark brown, chestnut, brick, rust, dark olive, moss green, orange, amber, bronze, kingfisher, and forest green.

roary · 08/11/2010 14:53

There is this

BUT i might look like 1. a ferrero rocher and 2. too formal for this dinner.

Carciofi what have you done with maternity jeans? How many weeks are you?

I do love a ferrero rocher though roary - cheap tastes me Wink

I like that dull gold colour too.

roary · 08/11/2010 15:00

Ahhh, Tracey you spoil me.....

MarshaBrady · 08/11/2010 15:00

Roary this one Smile

Bonsoir · 08/11/2010 15:03

I like gold clothes too Smile.

I linked to this Reiss gold skirt on another thread - I think it looks über versatile and could be dressed (very) up and also much more casually.
