"NO MORE PURPLE" WHat re YOUR winter clothes resolutions?

i dont really suit winter colours, hence i bought purple a lot to moderate black ( hate chuffing brown) and i am sick of it.

there will be no more no more ever. even getting the stuff out of the loft made me sigh boredly

Serenity, sadly not - I'd love purple hair but it just won't take, also I live in Basingstoke lol!

I'm well known by all my friends and even my dentist knows me as the 'purple patient', despite him being colour blind! His secretary files me under 'p for purple' rather than my initials from my rl name. The whole family has a purple radar and every birthday and christmas I get more purple things. And I'm talking every shade here, the whole range - lilac, plum, mauve, blackcurrant (ish) bright purple etc. Because I am a winter shades person, I suit the mulberry type shades/dirty shades better though.

When we go away, or I've stayed in hospital, people comment on all my bags being purple, as well as my clothes/coat/shoes/slippers etc lol!

One day, the world will be purple...

I adore purple and all bright colours. I'm sorry you don't suit the winter colours.

I love winter colours; black, charcoal, aubergine, navy all suit me. Agree with noddy that more blusher and rosy lips are the key

also I find that paler highlights help

so my current resolution is to look after my hair and wear more remember to reapply my lipstick (fortunately have discovered secret to gorgeous lips in the form of chanel rouge coco in rivoli)

I love the winter colours, but need some brightness - cleared out the wardrobe the other week, had 7 red tops of varying thickness/sleeve length!

I like winter colours, esp emerald green, purple, charcoal, black, fushia, I can't wear pale colours esp, pinks and blues.

I can't wait to wear soft luxury fabrics, I hate summer clothes. Glad the winter is on its way.
