Ballet style pumps that actually offer some sort of support to your feet?

I want a pair of casual ballet pumps but have an issue about shoes that aren't proper shoes.
Anyone know what I'm talking about?

They don't look v sturdy.
Riva used to be good but think they've gone out of business
