It will be very complex having to maintain a false identity for a whole evening, I can usually only manage it for 20 minutes in Asda

i think that's very sensible about the room arrangements and payment. I think let each person book as they wish. Is the plan to get together and eat and drink somewhere and then if people wish they can stay where they chose, or is the plan to all stay in same hotel? With your suggestion, babyheave, people could book to stay wherever they like and get a bargain if they search for one, or pay a bit more if they want a bit of luxury. Nice idea.

As for anonymity, I'm not fussed, I think the chances of meeting someone you loathe know are pretty slim. But, if that helps,what if we created a private Facebook group,just for this meet up and then you can have a idea of who you will meet.

Then again,i have had to name change twice because I'm daft and don't hide my login properly with friends and kids around my NN was outed in RL.

The Facebook group is a good idea also agree with booking own rooms!

Do we want to think about a potential date? Looking at next March I think Sat 17th (St Patrick's Day) and Sat 31st (first day of school holidays) are probably not contenders. So that leaves us with 3rd, 10th and 24th March.
Any preferences at this stage?
