Sure - I mean, I'm not offended or bothered by it, but they're professionals at work, the rest of us manage most of the time.

My goodness - catching up on the qualification session and holy heavens did the clouds dump a lot of rainwater on the track. I got echoes of Canada 2011 again with the pundits trying to fill for 2 hours!

So in the UK quali 10.30am and the race now 3.30pm !

Still raining. Not as bad as yesterday at least.

I think if the race is cancelled entirely today, it makes Verstappen nigh impossible to catch in the championship. Would be a shame if today's rain decides that. Safety first though.

Morning all. The weather is looking like rain all day, what we need is enough to make it interesting but not too much so they can’t race.

Last night Stefano Domenicali was being interviewed and Lewis interrupted saying what we need is better wet weather tyres and tyre blankets. It was all said in good humour, but he is right.

Such a shame if they have to abandon it, Interlagos in the rain is incredible. They really do need to sort the tyres. I know safety first, we all remember Bianchi, but they can safely run in the wet with decent tyres. :/

Lewis out, he really was struggling with that car. Norris through, thankfully.

I think Russell had too much caffeine today and Hamilton not enough 😀

I don't know how they can see anything in all that spray, just hoping they all get round safely!

Qually has been carnage. The race could be mad. Max is likely to be last if the 2 Astons and the Ferrari are not fixable

We have the in-laws coming today. They would've been away by 5 but will still be here at 15:30. Wondering how rude it would be to put it on.

If there is a race later it might be a few laps under a safety car.

The rain has definitely made an impact. That is one mixed up grid! Glad we don't have to wait too long until the race!

Fantastic grid. Well done the two RB drivers and Occon. If we get a race it could be very exciting with the two Red Bulls, one Ferrari and a Merc coming through the pack.

Huge opportunity for Norris here to close that championship gap.
