There are loads of videos around of how nice he has been to young fans. It's one reason I was gutted he left the Hammers, it's so nice to have someone who seems like a genuinely kind guy but I'm glad to see he's getting to play and hasn't just been an expensive bench warmer at least.

I was working last night so only got to see the last couple of minutes of the Rangers match. DH was watching quietly and trying not to distract me too much as I was in a late Zoom meeting.

Europa Conference League not going well for Hibs for DH right now. He's at work and just managed to check the score on his break. 🙈

Well, that was painful.

Frankly, I blame Arteta for that one. The time for experimenting with formations and player positions is pre-season. As soon as we went back to our more orthodox formation, with player in positions they were comfortable in, we started to look a much better team. If we'd played like that for the rest of the game it wouldn't have mattered them getting a flukey goal at the end.

I hope he learns and goes back to what works.

Saints win makes me a little less morose but AFCB seemed mediocre against Spurs today, although maybe Spurs were good...the fans certainly seemed to think so.

Very early days but it was good to see another controlled, possession based performance. Bournemouth weren't great however when they took a bit of control back 2nd half Ange was quick with the subs.

Gillingham were awful today and fully deserved to lose. Always struggle against Colchester. Hopefully be back to winning ways against Luton midweek, despite the pathetic amount of tickets allocated to us

What a day in the xhaka household today. DH and DS2 (Fulham) have tickets in away end. I'm not going (I'm Arsenal). Then DH not well so options are I can take DS2 but have to sit in away end... Don't think I can do that cause I'm expecting to have to not celebrate every time we score..... DS2's friend can go so they go to the match. OMG not expecting what happened and now having DH and DS2 celebrating like they won the world cup. So glad I didn't go with DS2........
