Football is back and so are the fans ⚽

As in previous years, footy fans please sign in with

  1. Which team you support.
  2. Which team(s) you loathe.
  3. How you are getting your kids to follow the correct team.
  4. A thought on this season (Premiership/Championship/Champions’ League/FA Cup/Any leagues world wide)

@AndNobbyDancing

I did feel Chelsea should have given Lampard more time. Whomever they choose Everton need a manager that the fans want.
That's the thing not known for that..it has worked sacking people when results go sour but sometimes too quick. Do think he needed more experience before coming to us but seeing as we had the transfer ban and still got 4th..not bad. Just went a bit wrong after. Hopefully he does well at Everton.
AndNobbyDancing · 04/02/2022 22:23

Anyone watching the FA Cup game?

DuncinToffee · 05/02/2022 09:08

Caught up with it this morning, Middlesborough through on penalties, looks like their equaliser was a bit dodgy?

Today we will get our first glimpse of what Lampard is about, he is sure going to get a fantastic welcome. And we now have both Leighton Baines and Ashley Cole on our coaching staff.

It's the new rules duncin it was an accidental handball that didn't happen in the act of scoring the goal so it stands! It's the rules but doesn't make it easier, I'd be fuming if I was Man U. But (luckily) I'm not, and I'm buzzing for Boro Grin

AndNobbyDancing · 05/02/2022 16:02

I liked that the goal stood. It wasn't deliberate, I don't think it changed the trajectory and I liked the result.
Heartbroken for for Kidderminster, they so nearly had it. Shame about Plymouth as well. Struggling to decide what to watch, love the rugby football and Olympics

DuncinToffee · 05/02/2022 17:08

I didn't see the goal, just went by the comments. Happy for Middlesbrough.

Kidderminster was so harsh and yes a shame for Plymouth, both teams got so close.

And we won and I actually enjoyed watching the match GrinFootball

Didn't see your game Dunc will catch up later. 6 nations was a bit disappointing, Wales were poor and the Scot Eng game felt more like football with the amount of poor kicks.

Watching cheating Watford atm, said before but I'm so sad Roy is in charge.

AndNobbyDancing · 05/02/2022 18:51

Oh Roy.

LetsGoFlyAKiteee · 05/02/2022 21:08

Shame for Kidderminster..so close to a shocker and then so close to penalties.
Duno what our game plan was today. Aim and hope? Somehow scraped by

givemepiece · 06/02/2022 12:18

DuncinToffee · 06/02/2022 16:55

Shame for that goalie error

So will we, first 30 mins of Bournemouth, then Afcon on the telly and Bournemouth on the tablet. Honestly I'm like a pig in shit.
AndNobbyDancing · 06/02/2022 20:11

I've gone back to the Bournemouth game. I think afcon will be pens. Boreham are doing great.

DuncinToffee · 06/02/2022 20:51

Yes Boreham Wood! Lol at the player putting on his Tony Hibbert jersey Grin

Switched to the Afcon now, ET

AndNobbyDancing · 06/02/2022 21:52

Enjoyed the Afcon final, wanted Senegal to win but did feel for Egypt. The Egyptian keeper certainly deserved the MOTM.
